Vehicle Fitting Guidelines During Alert Level 3

Thank you for entrusting ARB Highbrook with your fitment during these difficult times.

During Alert level 3, we are unable to allow members of the public within our building premesis, but we are certainly able to allow for drop-off and pick-up of your vehicle for fitting purposes and contactless collection of products.

Tuesday 7:30am till 5:00pm

Wednesday 7:30am till 5:00pm

Thursday 7:30am till 5:00pm

Friday 7:30am till 5:00pm

Vehicle Fitments

1. We prefer that vehicles are dropped off as early as possible on fitment day, or the afternoon prior.

2. When dropping vehicle off, please park in a spare carpark and leave your keys in the vehicle (Centre console preferably)

Please scan the contact tracing QR Code at the door

3. Please remove any masks, gloves etc from your vehicle.

4. Call us on 09-263 7170, or knock on the showroom window to let us know you have left your vehicle.

5. Before moving your vehicle, our staff will clean contact areas of the vehicle with disinfectant. Our technicians wear masks while working on your vehicle.

6. Once fitment and payment is complete, we will call you to advise your vehicle is ready for collection. 

7. Your vehicle will be parked outside our showroom with keys inside ready for you to collect.

Vehicles left with us overnight will be stored inside the workshop, with full security.

Payment

Full Payment is required before collection of a vehicle.

We have an online payment system (Paymark) available where we email you a link so you are able to pay using a credit or debit card online. This also has an online eftpos option which allows you to pay directly from certain banks accounts.

If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, we require a screenshot proof of payment, or for payment to be cleared in our account (confirmed by our accounts receivable team) before release of vehicle.

Unfortunately our eftpos machine or cash is not available as a payment method at this time.

If full payment is not confirmed, we are unable to release your vehicle for collection after fitment.

Product Collections (Click & Collect)

You are able to purchase ARB products online via an enquiry through the www.beaututes.co.nz website or call us on 09 263 7170.

If you have purchased an item for collection from our branch, we will email or call you to let you know that it is ready for collection.

Collect items will be placed outside the workshop roller door with your name attached ready for your collection.
